International Shipping

International delivery times and shipping rates vary by destination and are influenced by local customs procedures.
Important: International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping costs at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout.
Blu Vitamins is not responsible for delayed or lost shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If you need to make an address change, please contact us immediately at bluvitamins@gmail.com.
Please note that address changes cannot be made once the order has shipped.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within 7 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at bluvitamins@gmail.com.
Our support team will coordinate with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our policies.
Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote locations.
