At Blu Vitamins, your satisfaction and well-being are our top priorities. Due to the nature of our products — and for hygiene and safety reasons — we do not accept returns or issue refunds on any supplement purchases, except in cases where the product arrives damaged or defective.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at bluvitamins@gmail.com.
To process your request, we will require clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will either:
- Send a replacement product, or
- Issue a full refund to your original payment method or bank account.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 4–7 working days from the date of approval.
Items Lost in Transit
While most orders arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to courier or logistics issues.
If your order has not arrived 10 business days after the end of the estimated delivery window, please contact us at bluvitamins@gmail.com.
Once the shipment is confirmed as lost in transit, we will offer either:
- A replacement, or
- A full refund.

Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, Blu Vitamins does not accept returns on any supplement products once they have been shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Blu Vitamins is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being confirmed as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
Upon request, we can provide delivery confirmation, tracking information, and carrier details to help you follow up directly with the shipping provider.
